The accountants of the law firms are members of the German Chamber of Public Auditors (Wirtschaftsprüferkammer).
They are approved by the Ministry of Economics of Hesse. They earned the legal title of “Wirtschaftsprüfer” (Public Auditor) in the Federal Republic of Germany.

The tax consultants of the law firms are members of the Chamber of Tax Consultants of Hesse and approved thereby. They earned the legal title of „Steuerberater“ (Tax Consultant) in the Federal Republic of Germany.

The lawyers of the law firms are members of the Bar Association of Kassel (Rechtsanwaltskammer Kassel) and are admitted to all local and regional courts in Germany. They earned the legal title of “Rechtsanwalt” (Lawyer) in the Federal Republic of Germany.

Professional Liability Insurance

Our professional liability insurance is with HDI-Gerling Firmen und Privat Versicherung AG, Riethorst 2, 30659 Hannover. The territorial scope of the insurance cover includes activities in the member states of the European Union and thus at least meets the requirements of Section 54 of the Public Auditors’ Ordinance (WPO) in conjunction with the Ordinance on the Professional Indemnity Insurance of Public Auditors and Sworn Accountants (WPBHV).

Dispute resolution

GBZ Revision und Treuhand AG is not prepared to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a Consumer Arbitration Board within the meaning of Section 2 of the German Consumer’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Act (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz).
